Once we secure financing and identify the President and CEO, I expect decisions and contracts will be made quickly. Our technology partner will already have the infrastructure in place and will be anxious to make the transition and get the product launched by the holiday season. For the founder, CEO and Investor, a delay in product launch simply means a delay in exercising our exit strategy. To the technology partner, it means lost revenue.
