Geographic Location

GolfingGopher will maintain a home office in Rochester, New York and it is expected that our technology Partner will be located in Boston or New Yok City. As frequent travel between the home office and our Partner, it is preferable that the Partner is located in a major metropolitan city within 1 hours reach by air.

Facilities and Improvements

GolfingGopher will operate out of the Founder’s home office centrally located in downtown Rochester. Most meetings with potential buyers will occur at the buyers office in large metropolitan cities so our company will not require formal offices. Information transfer between the Rochester office and the Partner can occur almost exclusively through e-mail and data exchanges via FTP servers.

Office equipment requirements are:

• Two dual-pentium servers and DSL or Cable Web connection
• Computer desks and chairs
• Several software applications
• Phone and fax line
• Storage Space
• Laptop computer
• InkJet Printer

Our company intends on being acquired before equipment requires upgrading.
